Field Day Festival… again
Green Plastic was contacted by Andrew Dreskin, who is the organizer behind the Field Day Music Festival that is scheduled to take place this June in Riverhead, NY. Dreskin said that “info on bands playing (the festival) floating around out there is mostly wrong.” An announcement will be made on April 14th regarding the festival and the lineup. Radiohead is rumored to be headlining but so far nothing official has been announced. Stay tuned…
The rumors just keep on pouring in! We’ve received word that Radiohead are also negotiating with Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver to play on August 26. More later…

More tour rumors
Last week we reported about a rumored tour date in Salt Lake City for August 28, 2003. Turns out the date is not confirmed yet, but that the venue is negotiating with the band’s management. Once we find out anything more, it’ll be posted here. (thanks to Larry)
It is also rumored that Radiohead are negotiating with Molson Park in Barrie, Ontario for a show on August 16.
Field Day Festival
Here’s some info we got about Radiohead possibly playing the Field Day Music Festival in Riverhead, NY:
Okay here’s the deal…
The festival is being put on by Andrew Dreskin, one of the founders of Ticketweb. There are still a # of permits to be obtained. Radiohead IS committed to play. Tickets are expected to be on sale next week.
As for Bonnaroo NE as far as I know Radiohead is NOT scheduled to play. The headliners are Dave Matthews and the Dead.

Colin & Stan
Colin recently weighed in on the leaked album while appearing on the official message board: “I just wanted to back up what jonny said the other day. We’re all unhappy with the wrong mixes from the wrong songs being stuck up on the net. It’s like having your house done over half way through having it done up. All the attention is gratifying, but we want it when all our hard work’s done and the best it can be. Until then, this is all just unhelpful noise. Wait until you see the final, real, finished album!!!!!”
Stanley Donwood also visited the board and mentioned that a new website would be up in June and there will be a special edition version of Hail to the Thief.
