Thom Yorke plays secret show in Cornwall

Thom Yorke surprised us all by performing a one-off show in Cornwall last night as part of the European Fish Fry festival.

A small crowd in Crackington Haven were treated to what appears to be an acoustic set by Thom. Outside of this, we really don’t know what he played or why he was even there.

Thom Yorke to perform at The Big Chill Festival

The Big Chill FestivalIt has just been announced that Thom will perform a solo set on the 6th August 2010 at The Big Chill festival, Eastnor Castle Deer Park, Herefordshire.

Other acts include Massive Attack, M.I.A, Zero 7, and many more.

Thom Yorke debuts new song at Latitude Festival [updated]

Thom Yorke played a solo set today at the Latitude Festival in the UK. Among a mixture of songs from Radiohead and The Eraser, Thom did debut a new song called “The Present Tense.” Another new song called “Give Up Ghost” was on the setlist but never played.

Thom did treat everyone to two fan favorites, “True Love Waits” and “Follow Me Around”. Neither song has been recorded and released on a studio album.

Radiohead to headline Reading, Leeds festivals

Radiohead will be headlining both the Reading and Leeds festivals this Summer in the UK. We can only hope that this is part of a much larger tour that the band has been talking about doing during the Summer months.
