Here is some information about the rescheduled Toronto show:
Tickets originally purchased to the Saturday, August 16th Radiohead date at The Molson Amphitheatre, postponed due to the state of emergency, WILL NOT BE HONOURED ON NEW DATE. Tickets must be exchanged for tickets to the rescheduled date at Concert Hall at SkyDome, October 15th.
Current ticket holders will be given an exclusive two-week window beginning Monday, September 15th at 10am, and ending on Monday, September 29th at 6pm, in which to exchange their existing tickets for tickets to the rescheduled date at Concert Hall at SkyDome, Wednesday, October 15th. Every effort has been made to ensure that comparable tickets are available to current ticket holders at the time of exchange. Customers will only be allotted the same number of tickets as were previously purchased.
Tickets purchased by phone can be exchanged by calling TicketMaster at (416) 870-8000, starting on Monday, September 15th at 10am. Please be prepared to provide the first and last name, account number, seat location, and credit card information used at the time of original purchase.
Tickets purchased via the Internet will be exchanged directly online. Please check the e-mail address provided to TicketMaster during initial purchase for exchange instructions.
Ticket holders who purchased via phone or internet who are unable to attend the rescheduled date at Concert Hall at SkyDome, October 15th, will receive a full refund.
Tickets purchased at an outlet must be exchanged or refunded directly at point of purchase starting Monday, September 15th at 10am.
