World famous photographer, Rankin, will have his work displayed at The Proud Galleries in London from May 25 until July 2, 2000. Scott Walker on Thom Yorke
As earlier reported, Radiohead will be part of this year’s Meltdown 2000 Festival, hosted by 60’s legend, Scott Walker. In the latest issue of Time Out, London’s Entertainment Guide, Mr. Walker commented on Radiohead and specifically Thom:
“I feel honoured that they are going to be here. They’re a perfect integral band. They also possess the great lyric singer of his time. The thing about lyric singing is not particularly the voice, its phrasing and you can’t teach that. Thom Yorke happens to have both.”
