Kid A Radiohead tour

In light of what happened

In light of what happened in New York and Washington DC, I ask anybody in the United States to please donate blood if possible. They can find out about where in their area to do so at www.redcross.org or by calling 1-800-GIVE-LIFE. You can also call 1-800-933-2566. Though the Red Cross has received many donations, more are needed.

And now for what you came here for…

Setlist for Berlin
You can now see last night’s setlist from the Berlin concert here.

Bill Gates Finally Getting Into Radiohead’s Kid A
From the always humorous site, The Onion:

REDMOND, WA? Eleven months after purchasing the Radiohead album, Microsoft chairman Bill Gates announced Monday that he is “finally getting into Kid A.” “I listened to it a few times when I first got it, but it just wasn’t grabbing me,” Gates told The Seattle Post-Intelligencer. “I liked ‘Morning Bell’ and ‘Optimistic,’ but the rest just seemed like this intentionally weird mess. Then I took it out again maybe a month ago, and it finally started to sink in. Now I think I even like it better than OK Computer.” Gates said he still hasn’t gotten around to picking up Amnesiac. {thanks to Pete, Marc, Steve, & HeadofState}

Radiohead in another film
A scene in the upcoming movie LIFE AS A HOUSE (directed by Irwin Winkler and starring Kevin Kline) features Radiohead’s “How to Disappear Completely”. The film opens in early November and more information can be found here. {thanks to Jonah}
